Hovannes J. Stepanian

Hovannes John Stepanian is the co-founder and President of Glendale Injury Firm, A Professional Corporation, located in downtown Glendale, California. Throughout the course of his law school and professional career, Mr Stepanian has earned recognition by his peers, clients, and the public as a skilled attorney advocating on behalf of his clients in Civil Court.
Mr Stepanian began his legal journey when he was admitted to the California State University of Northridge, with a concentration in Political Science. After earning his Bachelor’s Degree, Mr. Stepanian owned and operated a successful online traffic school company. Soon after, Mr. Stepanian was admitted to Southwestern Law School, where he obtained his Juris Doctorate with a concentration in Tort Law. Mr. Stepanian’s hard work in law school earned him the Cali Excellence for the Future Award in Remedies and Interviewing, Counseling, and Negotiating.
Mr. Stepanian’s passion to advocate on behalf of his clients began at a young age when he was diagnosed with a speech disability. Even with a disability, Mr. Stepanian did not allow anyone to silence his voice. Mr. Stepanian opened Glendale Injury Firm because he knows what it feels like when people try to silence you.

Arthur Karagezian
founding partner
Arthur Karagezian is the co-founder and Vice President of Glendale Injury Firm, A Professional Corporation, located in downtown Glendale, California. Throughout the course of his law school and professional career, Mr. Karagezian has earned the recognition by his peers, clients, and the public as a skilled trial attorney advocating on behalf of his clients in Criminal and Children’s Court.
Mr. Karagezian began his legal journey shortly after he finished playing professional Tennis on the ATP World Tour at the age of twenty. He graduated California State University of Northridge with a concentration in English and immediately went to Southwestern Law School where he obtained his Juris Doctorate in the vigorous SCALE two-year program. While in law school, Mr. Karagezian interned for the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Children and Sex Crimes office. Mr. Karagezian’s hard work landed him a job working for world renowned famous attorney Mark Geragos at Geragos & Geragos, APC, working on complex Civil Litigation and Criminal Defense matters in both State and Federal court. Mr. Karagezian later joined Los Angeles Dependency Lawyers where he protected the rights of hundreds of parents in court, in their fight to reunify with their children who had been detained by the Department of Children and Family Services.
Mr. Karagezian’s passion to fight began on the tennis court, where he learned to never give up. Throughout his career as an attorney, Mr. Karagezian has been fighting for people in need of help and his decision to open up Glendale Injury Firm is to continue that passion.

Arthur Hovannesian
Of Counsel
Arthur Hovannessian is a native Angeleno, born and raised in La Canada, California. He attended Sonoma State University and earned a B.S. in Management. During his time in college, Arthur was the president of the Greek Council of Fraternities and Sororities as well as the president of the Internal Fraternal Council. After graduating Sonoma State, Arthur earned his Series 3 license and became a Commodity Futures Broker. Thereafter, Arthur attended California State University Los Angeles and earned his M.A. in Political Science with an emphasis in Global Politics.
Arthur interned at the Armenian National Committee of America in Washington D.C. where he advocated for US and Armenian policy issues. After earning his M.A., Arthur attended and graduated from Southwestern Law School in Los Angeles, where earned the prestigious Cali Award in his upper division writing course. While at Southwestern Law School, Arthur serendipitously met his current co-workers and fellow attorneys, Arthur Karagezian and Hovannes Stepanian.
Since becoming an attorney Arthur has worked in Workers Compensation, Family Law, Personal Injury, Property Damage, and Lemon Law. At Glendale Injury Firm, Arthur currently practices Family Law, Personal Injury, and Lemon Law. With his insight into a diverse field of legal niches, Arthur is able to utilize his legal skills and expertise to zealously and passionately represent his client interests.
When Arthur is not representing his clients, he is usually at the gym or spending time with his nieces and nephew.

Erick Jarrin
Legal Assistant
Mr. Jarrin is currently pursuing graduation from the Paralegal Studies Program at College of the Canyons, where he is building a strong foundation in legal research, writing, and case management.
His interest in the legal field has grown through the mentorship and guidance of the experienced attorneys at Glendale Injury Firm, who welcomed him with open arms and made him feel part of their work family. This supportive environment has allowed him to gain valuable hands-on experience in personal injury and family law while continuing his academic studies.

Shakeh Nikogosyan
Law Clerk
Shakeh is currently pursuing her Juris Doctor and is expected to graduate in 2026. She has long aspired to a career in the law and is committed to becoming an attorney who serves with both diligence and compassion.
Shakeh earned her bachelor’s degree in Sociology with honors, a discipline that deepened her understanding of social structures and the challenges faced by families and children. Her academic training, combined with her empathetic nature and commitment to service, informs her interest in juvenile dependency and family law.
She is particularly focused on strengthening her skills in negotiation and client advocacy, striving to balance professionalism with genuine care for those she represents.
